She was preceded in death by her father, Royce Ellis; and is survived by her husband, Scott Phillips; sons, Jason (Cassy) and Chris; daughter, Lauren (David); three grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brayden and Violet; mother, Mary Ellis; one sister, Sharon (Fran); one brother, Brian (Tina); and a large circle of extended family and friends. Shelby loved yard sales and collecting Boyd s Bears. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, at the Chesterfield Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 14301 Ashbrook Parkway, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, November 8.
