Ola, born in Virginia, was predeceased by her parents, Buena and Robert Hash; and her beloved husband, Robert E. Evans. 

Left to cherish her memory are three beloved nieces, Patricia Butler, Charlotte Lafferty and Sandra Edwards; a nephew, Jeffrey Jefferson; and many other grandnieces and grandnephews, and other loving family members. 

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11 a. m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Tom Potter. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p. m. Monday at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel, 5685 Lee Farm Lane, Suffolk, Va. A special "thank you" to her wonderful friend and neighbor, Frances Labbe.
