GASTON － M.C. Dunlow [Merman Cola Dunlow Jr], 60, of 201 Moncure Drive died Monday in Duke Medical Center in Durham. Dunlow was a farmer. The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in First Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. B.C. Horrell. Burial will be in Cedarwood Cemetery. 

Dunlow is survived by his wife, Mrs. Viola S. Dunlow; three daughters, Ms. Derlie D. Pearson, Ms. Susan D. Boulden and Ms. Jane D. Carpenter, all of Roanoke Rapids; two sons, David Dunlow of Roanoke Rapids and John Dunlow of Lillington; two sisters, Ms. Ester D. Jarrett and Ms. Mae Ida D. Jarrett, both of Emporia, Va.; three brothers, Ben Dunlow of Emporia and Robert Dunlow and Earnest Dunlow, both of Roanoke Rapids; and nine grandchildren. 

The family will receive visitors from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Branch Funeral Home.
