The victim was Robert W. Draper Sr., 40, of 336 Bay Ave., who was found lying across a ladder by steelworkers as he was splicing a 400-volt line. The accident occurred Wednesday 23 September 1970 at the U.S. Steel plant in Bucks County, Pa. Draper was pronounced dead at the company dispensary. The autopsy was conducted by the deputy county coroner at the Lower Bucks County Hospital in Bristol, Pa. Draper was an employee of Pangborne Electric Co., Bala Cynwyd, Pa., a contractor for the steel company. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Helen and Kathleen; a son, Robert W.
