ROSA DRAKE NEWSOMS, Feb. 19 - Mrs. Rosa Alice Drake, 70, widow of. William Norman Drake, died Sunday at her home near Newsoms. A lifelong resident of Southampton County, she was a member of Barnes Methodist Church, where a funeral service will be held at 2:30 P, M. Tuesday. Burial will be in Newsoms Cemetery. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Lena Worrell, of Severn, N.C.; Miss Virginia M. Drake and Mrs. Cosy Gray, of Newsoms; Mrs. Willa Story and Mrs. Lonie Williams, of Boykins, and Mrs. Lucy Tyler, of Richmond; one one son, W. T. Drake, of Newsoms; one brother, W. D. Drake, of Hampton, and 11 grandchildren.
