Dorothy Drake Bradshaw, 71, of 303 Lee St., widow of Samuel Bradshaw and a retired teacher and banker, died 5 Feb 1979 in Southampton Memorial Hospital. She formerly taught in Isle of Wight County schools and later worked for Vaughan & Co. Funeral for Dorothy May Drake was held 18 Dec 2021 with burial at Springdale Cemetery.

A funeral will be held Wednesday [7 Feb 1979] at 2 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home by the Revs. R. E.  Brittle and John Kelly. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9.
