Starr Evans Davis, 82, of Suffolk, Va passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lillian Evans; and her husband, Garland W. Davis, Jr. 

Starr worked as a registered nurse at Sentara Norfolk General and retired after 30 years. She was a member of Indian River Baptist Church and loved to sing at church with her beautiful voice. She also loved the water and enjoyed swimming in her pool all the time. 

She is survived by her son, Garland Edward Davis; adopted family member, Robert E. Jones; a granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
