Ann Elizabeth Davis

Chesapeake - Ann Elizabeth Cassell Davis, 90, passed away on April 5, 2018. 

Mrs. Davis, a native of Portsmouth, was the widow of Orville Dean Davis. She was the daughter of the late Virginius C. Cassell, Jr. and Carrie M. Cassell. 

She was a switch board operator with Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company for several years prior to the birth of her children. 

Survivors include three daughters, Carol A. Davis, Denise D. Cotsimopoulos (George), and Sheila E. Robertson; three grandchildren, Adam C. Jackson (Cade), Lisa C. Parcell (Adam), and Erin M. Robertson. She is predeceased by her husband Orville D. Davis, son-in-law Robert A. Robertson and granddaughter Amy E. Robertson. 

The family extends their appreciation to the staff members of Churchland House and Heartland Hospice for their responsiveness, excellent care and support. 

The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 pm Monday, April 9, at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, 5685 Lee Farm Ln., Suffolk. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 10, at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Condolences may be registered at BWFosterFuneralHome.com.
