SUFFOLK - Mrs. Bessie Irene Davidson, 85, of 5140 Holy Neck Road, died Wednesday [22 Jan 1986] in Lake Taylor Hospital, Norfolk.

She was born in Nansemond County. She was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church and its First Bible Class and Women's Fellowship.

Survivors include her husband, Harry Wallace Davidson Sr.; a son, H. Wallace Davidson Jr., of Suffolk; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at South Quay Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Howard Vinson.

The family will receive friends at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home from 7:30 to 8:30 tonight. The family will be at 8648 S. Quay Road.
