SELMA-Funeral services for George Walter Corbett, 79, of Selma, Rt. 1, who died Thursday, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Fairview Presbyterian Church. Elder Shepard Stephenson and D. B. Stokes will officiate. Burial will be in Corbett Cemetery near the church. 

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Fida Deans Corbett; three sons, Willard Corbett of Blackstone, Va., Walter Corbett Jr. of Selma, Rt. 2, Harold Corbett of Selma, Rt. 1; one sister, Mrs. Harvey Creech, Hopewell, Va.: one brother, James Perry Corbett of Hopewell, Va.; 12 grandchildren.
