Mr. Brock was a lifelong resident and prominent farmer of Isle of Wight County, and was a member of the Smithfield Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Pearl Bradshaw Brock: 4 daughters. Mrs. Frank Crocker, of Windsor; and Miss Melba E. Brock. Miss Sallie L. Brock and Miss Stella L. Brock at home; two sons. Otis G. Brock Jr. at heme, and John M. Brock of Bacon's Castle; a half-sister, Mrs. Jack Nurney, of Windsor, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday ;t 2:30 P. M. in the chapel of the Bullock Funeral Home by Dr. R. Furman Kenney, pastor of the Smithfield Baptist Church, assisted by the Rev W. P. Leitner pastor cf the Central Hill Baptist Church, and the Rev. C. T. Colonna, pastor of the Bacon's Castle Baptist Church.

Burial was in the Mill Swamp Cemetery.
