She owned a shop on King Street in Hampton for many years called "The House of Libra". She also managed the hair salon in the GEX Hampton store for many years. For the past 15 years she assisted her daughter with her child care business and was loved by many little ones. She was a member of the Hampton Moose Lodge on Mercury Blvd. She is survived by her daughter Mona Lisa Winebarger and son-in-law Cloyd Ray Winebarger; son, William Legare Brinkley III (Beau); granddaughters, Jessica Lynn Winebarger, Breanne Raye West; great grandsons, Kayleb Knight Winebarger and Zane Maddox Baugher and great granddaughter Madison Jo Sickafoose. She dated and was deeply in love with Joseph Feagans for the last 12 years. Joe was a great companion and caregiver. The family wishes to thank him for being there for her always.
