SMITHFIELD, Feb. 5- Jacob Delaware Bradshaw, 58, a former resident of Smithfield, died Saturday night in a Baltimore hospital. A native of Isle of Wight County, he had resided in Baltimore for the past 26 years. 

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessner Carr Bradshaw; two daughters, Mrs. Charles L. Smith and Mrs. Jesse Artz, and one son, Lloyd Bradshaw, all of Biltimore: one brother, R. C. Bradshaw, of Windsor, Va., and two grandchildren. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 P. M. Wednesday at the Bullock Funeral Home in Smithfield. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery.
