A lifelong resident of the community, he was the husband of Mrs. Lilie Cox Bradshaw and the son of the late Amos and Ophelia Daughtrey Bradshaw, of Isle of Wight. He was a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Ernest G. Evans, of Franklin, and Mrs. Frank L. De Bord, of Quincy, Fla.; two sons, Elmer Bradshaw, Jr., and Burton C. Bradshaw, both of Franklin; three sisters, Mrs. Paul Carr, Mrs. C. E. Bunn, both of Franklin, and Mrs. C. Portsmouth; and six grandchildren. Remains were taken to the W. J. M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home of Franklin pending funeral arrangements.
