Mr. Bradshaw founded the firm, which sold farm chemicals in the Southeast, eight years ago. He had been employed by another such company before starting his own business. He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is survived by two sons, Elmer Bradshaw III and Richard Bradshaw, both of Virginia Beach; his mother, Mrs. Lillie Cox Bradshaw of Franklin; a brother, Burton Bradshaw of Franklin; and a sister, Mrs. Marion deBord of Quincy, Fla. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Poplar Springs Cemetery, Franklin.
