WINDSOR - Mrs. Lizzie Mae Bradshaw Cook, 73, of Route 2, passed away Monday at Lee Memorial Hospital, Norfolk. Born in Southampton County, she was a devoted member of Antioch Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Cook; seven sons, Harold R. Cook of Sedley, Charles W. Cook of Dendron, Mason P. Cook Sr. of Ivor, Bobby G. Cook of Richmond, Johnny W. Cook of Gloucester, Donald C. Cook of Portland, Ind., and Marion G. Cook of Franklin; three brothers, Junius Bradshaw and Charles E. Bradshaw, both of Franklin, and Willie Bradshaw of Sedley; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church by the Rev. J. W. Home. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Windsor Rescue Squad.
