James Robert Boothe 24 JUNE 1902 - 15 JUN 1934 **OBITUARY: ROBERT BOOTHE** The funeral services for Robert Boothe who was accidentally killed in Kenbridge, Va., were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Bethlehem Christian church conducted by the Rev. R. E. Brittle. The members of the church choir accompanied by Miss Mary Jones, rendered the hymns "Rock of Ages," "Nearer My God, to Thee," and "God Will Take Care of You." There were many beautiful floral tributes. Active pallbearers: Leslie Rountree, Gilbert Rountree, Ralph Johnson, Leroy Goodwin, Odell Carson, A. D. Smith, A. D. McDowell, Charlie Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers were friends of the family. Interment was made in Bethlehem church cemetery.
