Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mattie Parker Benthall; the following children, Mrs. L. C. Copeland of Woodland, Mrs. O. C. Futrell and Mrs. D. A. Day of Murfreesboro, Mrs. B. M. Miller Jacksonville, Mrs. B. Powell of Cape May Courthouse, N. J., Mrs. C. E. Warren of Rocky Mount, Q. H. Cooke, Mrs. Frances Boone and Wilton P. Benthall of Rich Square; two brothers, Charlie Benthall of Menola and R. C. Benthall of Woodland, and a large number of grandchildren.
