Bell and daughter of the late Littleton B. and Mrs. Caroline Maddrey Stephenson, died at the residence, 9715 13th View Street, Sunday at 4:15 p.m. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Mitchell of Norfolk and Mrs. Edith Soltan of and Chicago, Ill., five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Bell was a native of Como, N.C., and had been a resident of Norfolk for nine years. She was a member of Mt. Hoeb Methodist Church, Handson. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home at a time to be announced.
