Mrs. Bessie Alcorn  

Spray, June 13—Mrs. Bessie Alcorn, 61, formerly of Spray, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bruce Yeattes of Norfolk, Virginia.  

Surviving, in addition to her daughter, are her mother, Mrs. W.A. Alcorn of Spray; three sons, Jimmy and Bobby Alcorn of Spray and Paul Alcorn of the U.S. Army in Germany; five sisters, Mrs. J.W. Dallas of Leaksville, Mrs. C.D. Beck, Mrs. Cornelia Burwell and Miss Belle Alcorn, all of Spray, and Mrs. Walter Price of Danville, Virginia; a brother, Roy Alcorn of Spray; and two grandchildren.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Pilgrim Holiness Church by the Rev. C.W. McHargue. Burial will be in Overlook Cemetery at Spray.
