I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of almighty God that gave it, and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decent and christianly manner the discretion of my Executors and as for what worldly estate it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give % dispose of the same in manner and form following Viz. Imprimis: I get to my children hereafter named Viz. William, James, Mary Ann, Warner, Rebecca, Milly Richardson, Sally Clark, Judith and to each of them the Sum of Thirty pounds ? piece current money to be raised & levied out of my Estate at the discretion of my Executors viz. at the time of my sons arriving at the age of twenty one years and my daughters at the day of marriage to them in their heirs for ever - Item: I to my son James Clark a certain tract or parcel of land I bought of Alexander Murray bearing date the eleventh day of July one thousand seven hundred sixth eight to him and his heirs for ever Item: I lend the use of my land and plantation whereon I now live to my wife Rebecca Clark during her natural life or widowhood together with all the personal Estate of what nature or kind soever but in case of her marriage only a childs part. And after my wife's death or marriage I give the above said land to my Son William Clark on condition that they said William Clark paid to my Son Warner one fourth part of the value of the said land to to be ascertained by persons appointed by the Executors for that purpose to him and his heirs for ever Item: My will and desire is that is that after my wifes death or marriage thay all the residue of of my Estate of what nature or kind soever be sold and the money arising be equally divided amongst all my children or the survivors of them I likewise constitute an appoint Arthur Williamson and Micajah Holliman my whole an sole executors of this my last will and testament, revoking and disannulling all and every other former will heretofore by me made.
