Mallory Elizabeth Wright died Aug. 5, 2004, at the Childrens Hospital of
The Kings Daughters. Mallory was born Aug. 2, 2004, in Franklin, the
daughter of Richard and Laura Rountree Wright.
Mallory is also survived by a brother, Mason Wright; a sister, Madison
Wright; maternal grandparents, Guy and Sandra Ellis Rountree of Newsoms
; paternal grandparents, Bill Wright and Lorraine Wright, both of
Courtland; maternal great-grandparents, Bernice and Howard Ellis of
Newsoms ; aunts and uncles, Brian and Holly Rountree and Chris and
Katherine Coley; and three cousins, Taylor and Hunter Rountree and
Caroline Coley.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollywood
Cemetery , Newsoms , with the Rev. Dr. Gary Hartman officiating. In lieu
of flowers, memorials in memory of Mallory Wright may be made to the
Newsoms United Methodist Church, c/o Jenny Bunn, P.O. Box 297, Newsoms ,
VA 23874. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
