Harrell of Chesapeake; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis R. and Pam Woodard of Chesapeake; three nieces, six nephews; one great-nephew and two great-nieces; special friends and care givers, Lyn Forsythe and Darnell Bowers of Suffolk. A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Paul Hawkins and the Rev. D.M. Hardison with burial in Rosewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice or send balloons. To know James was to love him. He was an inspiration to all and will be sorely missed.
