He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily P. Walton; two brothers, Sidney C. Walton and Leland Walton; and two sisters, Edith W. Combs and Ethyl W. Kelly. He is survived by two sons, Larry W. Walton of Chesapeake and Randy Walton Jr. and wife, Linda Walton, of Hopewell; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Brett Walton. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morris & Son Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. James M.
