Vaughan of Atlanta and Mamie V. Nelson of Conway, N.C.; a son, Dellie A. Vick Jr. of Kinston, N.C.; two sisters, Clara W. Crocker of Burlington, N.C., and Essie L. Cates of Graham, N.C.; two half sisters, Betty B. Pruett of Norfolk and Mary B. Ballard of Rocky Mount, N.C.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. today in Newsoms United Methodist Church by the Rev. Charlene Beethoven and the Rev. Kenneth Williams. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery , Newsoms .
