Dorothy Lowe Turner, 74, died June 4, 1991, in a hospital. 

Mrs. Turner, a native of Walters, was a member of Liberty Spring Christian Church. She was the widow of George W. Turner. 

Survivors include three sisters, Jessie L. Cobb of Sedley, Mabel Lowe of Ivor and Helen Duck of Carrsville and two brothers, Stanley G. Lowe and William B. Lowe, both of Walters. 

The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Robert Bennett. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Christian Church Cemetery in Isle of Wight County. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home. 

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Suffolk Unit.
