Born in Elkins, she was a daughter of Theodore "June" Kisamore Jr. and Connie Helmick Kisamore. Tina was a retired clerk for the city of Franklin treasurer's office. Survivors in addition to her parents include her husband, Hunter Keith Story; a sister, Tammy Kisamore of Elkins, W.Va.; a brother, Teddy Kisamore of Akron, Ohio; a niece, Erin Kisamore; a nephew, Jimmy Kisamore; best friends, Joyce and Mike Joyner of Newsoms; and two godchildren, Amy Joyner of Manassas, Va., and Denise Joyner of Newsoms. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Lohr-Barb-Vance Funeral Home in Elkins. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Southampton Memorial Park in Franklin with the Rev. Howard L. Vinson officiating. The family requests memorials be made to the Christian Children's Fund in the name of Tina's sponsored child, Alisson DaSilva, P.O. Box 26507, Richmond, VA 23261.
