SUFFOLK  Louise Smith Simpson, 85, a native of Elizabeth City, N.C., died Wednesday, Dec. 11.
  Mrs. Simpson was a homemaker and was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church.
  Survived by two daughter, Anne S. Turner and Linda L. Simpton of Suffolk; a granddaughter, Candice T. Williams of Suffolk; and two great-grandsons.
  Visitation at 113 Maury Place. Graveside service at 2 p.m. today in Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. James R. Noland.
