He was employed at Pizzagalli Construction Company and worked with his father in Ashburn, Va. He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Rebecca Russell; brother, Jeremy Russell; girl-friend, Danielle Cordero; great grandmother, Emmily Harrell of Elizabeth City; grandparents, Shirley R. Cody of Portsmouth and Fred and Juanita Hengal of Suffolk; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends. Justin enjoyed paintball, weightlifting, working and earning and spending money and making people smile. Dad and the guys say, "keep smiling Justin, and we'll see you when we get there. We love and miss you to the point that there are no words to express." A memorial service to honor him and his cousin, Frank A. Manning III, will be held Wednesday at 5 p.m. in Windsor High School Auditorium by the Rev. Ray Hampton with visitation following at the residence. Interment will be private. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Save the Bay Foundation.
