Mr. Rollins was born in Norfolk. He was a member of Sunbeam Baptist Church. 
   Survivors include his mother, Shirley Hardison Nock, and his stepfather, William M. Nock of Franklin; his father, Roy O. Rollins of Bucks Harbor, Maine; two sisters, Gail R . Wenzel of Boykins and Gloria R . Gay of Goldsboro; a brother, Wayne Rollins of Greenville, N.C.; a half brother, Kevin Nock of Franklin; and two grandmothers, Ila M. Hardison of McAllen, Texas, and Audrey M. Nock of Franklin. 
   The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Holland-Rideout Funeral Home by the Rev. Kenneth Williams. Friends may join the family at the home of Audrey M. Nock, 34603 Sandy Ridge Road. 
   Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
