Betty Frances Robertson 
  WHEELING, W.Va. - Betty Frances Robertson, age 12, of 3713 Wood Street, died Feb. 16, 1994, at Children's Hospital in Pittsburg, Pa. 
  Miss Robertson was born in Bellaire, Ohio.  She was a member of First Free-Will Baptist Church in Wheeling. 
  Survivors include her parents, Ruth Ann Coss Robertson and Eugene C. Robertson Jr. of Wheeling; one sister, Vickie R. Daughtrey of Boykins, Va.; two brothers, Timothy C. Coss of Wheeling and Jerry Robertson of Sedley, Va.; and maternal grandparents, James and Carol Coss of Somerton, Ohio. 
  A graveside service was held Tuesday, Feb. 22, by the Rev. Victor I. Hunter and the Rev. J.D. McCormick at Antioch Christian Church Cemetery in Windsor. 
  Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, handled arrangements. 
  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 360 Southport Circle, Suite 104, Virginia Beach, Va., 23452.
