   LAWRENCEVILLE  Charles Randolph Rawls Jr., 89, died Aug. 29, 2002.
   Mr. Rawls was retired from Union Camp Corp. and a member of Lawrenceville Baptist Church. He was the widower of Elizabeth Johnson Betsy Rawls and is survived by a brother, James Rawls of Franklin and several nieces and nephews.
   A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Crestview Memorial Park, LaCrosse. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lawrenceville Baptist Church. Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, is in charge.
