Mrs. Rader was born in Franklin. She had retired after 25 years from Southampton Memorial Hospital, where she had worked in the emergency room. She was a graduate of Southampton Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Hunterdale United Church of Christ and Virginia L.P.N. Association. Survivors include her husband, Ecil B. Rader; a stepdaughter, Ramona R. Sawyer of Plymouth, N.C.; two sons, Alan B. Rader and Sidney A. Rader, both of Virginia Beach; a stepson, Howard Rader of Plymouth; three sisters, Frances T. Alexander of Courtland, Marion T. Eubanks of Franklin and Janie T. Council of Colington Harbor, N.C.; a brother, F. Peyton Turner of Franklin; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hunterdale United Church of Christ by the Rev. James X. Camak. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Wright Funeral Home and in the church fellowship hall after the funeral.
