He was the manager of the Heilig-Meyers Outlet Store in Suffolk and had been Scout Executive of the Old Dominion Area Council, BSA, of Suffolk. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Frances Ivey Presnall; two daughters, Lyn P. Stewart and her husband, Tracy, of Suffolk, and Sally P. Musselman of Franklin; a brother, Jerry Presnall and his wife, Jo, of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Tiffany Renee Musselman and Shawn Douglas Musselman. A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. today in Franklin Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jim Lambeth officiating. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park . The family suggests that memorials be made to the Boy Scouts of America, 11725 Jefferson Ave., Newport News, VA 23606, or to Franklin Presbyterian Church, 405 Lee St., Franklin, VA 23851.
