She is survived by her god daughter, Deborah Ann Sanderlin of Chesapeake; three sisters, Marie Flythe of Newsoms, Gladys Harper of South Carolina and Stella Scott of New York; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral was conducted Saturday at noon in Philadelphia Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Newsoms Cemetery [Hollywood], Newsoms.
