A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the widow of Randolph Morgan Pierce, and daughter of the late Jeremiah Pierce and Ballie Bridger Pierce. She had retired as a cafeteria worker at Windsor High School. Mrs. Pierce was a member of Windsor Christian Church and its Baraca Ladies Fellowship. Survivors include a daughter, Catherine P. Asbell of Windsor; three sons, Bobby Ray Pierce of Deming, N.M., Jerry Morgan Pierce of Albuquerque, N.M., and Carey Jackson Pierce of Suffolk; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Eddie Walker in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Isle of Wight County.
