Burbage Windley and widow of Elton Savage Obie Parks. Mrs. Parks was the owner and operator of the Band Box Beauty Salon in Portsmouth. She was a member of the Suffolk Elks Lodge No. 685 Ladies Auxiliary.

††Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Olga W. and Ryland C. Motley of Portsmouth; niece Marylyn M. Smith; her husband Michael L. Smith Sr. of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; great-niece Mandy S. Ferguson of Charleston, S.C.; great-nephew Michael L. Smith Jr. of Swansboro, N.C.
