Mrs. McLemore was a native of King William County, Va., and was the widow of Harvey Burton McLemore Jr. She was retired as an English teacher with the Southampton County School System and a member of the Courtland United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir for many years. Mrs. McLemore was a graduate of Longwood College. Survivors include one daughter, Anita Page McLemore of Courtland ; one son, Harvey B. McLemore III of Franklin; four grandchildren, Alyce McLemore Collins, Corey Blake McLemore, Ann Burton Heikens and Troy McLemore Barnes; three great-grandchildren, Timothy Dillon Heikens, Meagan Brooke Collins and Taylor Burton McLemore. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1994, in Riverside Cemetery by the Rev. John Wimer and the Rev. C. Warner Crumb. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Courtland United Methodist Church, Courtland , Va. 23837 or the Hermitage United Methodist Home, 1600 Westwood Ave., Richmond, Va. 23227.
