Joseph Clinton Marshall, 62, of the 23100 block of Walters Highway, a retired dairy farmer, died June 27, 1992, in a Richmond hospital. 

Mr. Marshall was born in Portsmouth. 

Survivors include a sister, May M. Winters of Wilson, N.C.; and five brothers, Willard B. Marshall of Rancho Cardoba, Calif., John R. Marshall of Portsmouth, Alfred H. Marshall of Franklin, Charles L. Marshall of Suffolk and Rudolph F. Marshall of Lexington, S.C. 

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Holland-Rideout Funeral Home by the Rev. William W. Hawkins. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park . Friends may join the family from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
