Obituary of WILLIAM FROHOCK KELLY The Virginian-Pilot (Norfolk, VA) - November 4, 1995 William Frohock Kelly, 72, of 401 Meadow Lane, died Nov. 3, 1995, at Southampton Memorial Hospital. Mr. Kelly was a native of Raleigh and was the son of the late A.Y. and May Forrest Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a captain in the U.S. Marines during World War II, a textile designer in New York City, and owner of Ardar Frames and Gallery in Nags Head. He was a member of Outer Banks Presbyterian Church, Kill Devil Hills. He was a graduate of N.C. State University, and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Survivors include his wife, Jo Anne Darden Kelly; two sons, William Darden Kelly of Bayhead, N.J., and Arthur Adams Kelly of Hollywood , Fla.; several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hollywood Cemetery , Newsoms , Va. by the Rev. Spotswood Graves and the Rev. James Lambeth.
