   SUFFOLK  Junius Winfield Folk Jr., 86, a retired inspector, died Oct. 3, 1992, in a nursing home.
   Mr. Folk was born in Nansemond County. He retired from ford Motor Co. after 37 years and was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church, T.P.A. Post P, the Progressive Men's Club and Portsmouth Moose Lodge 898. He was the widower of Lucy Russell Folk.
   Survivors include two stepsons, Russell K. Gray of Raleigh and Robert B. Gray of Atlanta; three sisters, Mary L. Folk, Elizabeth F. Poole and Louise B. Joyner, all of Suffolk; five step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
   The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Merle D. Correll. Friends may join the family at 107 Joyner St., Suffolk. Hill funeral Home is handling arrangements.
   Memorial donations may be made to Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23434 or Bethlehem Christian Church Building Fund, 1549 Holland Road, Suffolk, Va. 23434.
