Tony Wayne Jarratt, 41, a longtime resident of Capron, died Jan. 2,
2004, in the University Virginia Medical Center. Born in Franklin, he
was a son of Eunice J. Jarratt and the late William George Jarratt. Tony
was a member of Capron Baptist Church.
Surviving besides his mother is his wife, Patricia M. Jarratt; his
daughter, Sarah Jarratt of Capron; a brother, William George "Bill"
Jarratt Jr. and wife Tammy of Capron; and two nephews, Billy Jarratt of
Courtland and Casey Jarratt of Capron.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Capron Baptist Church with
the Rev. Keith Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Capron
Cemetery . The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at
Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, and suggest in lieu of flowers, memorials
be made to Capron Baptist Church, 23057 Main St., Capron, VA 23829.
