NEWSOMS - Benjamin Thomas Ivey Sr., 75, of Chesapeake, passed away Octo.
22, 2004.

Survivors include daughters, Pam Barnhardt of Wilmington, N.C., Pattie
Clayton of Roxboro, N.C., Cindy Wade of Chesapeake and Penny Ivey of
Raleigh, N.C.; sons, Tom Ivey of Chesapeake and Benjamin Preston Ivey of
Poquoson; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sisters, Blanche
Semchyshyn of Bridge Water, N.J.; and a brother, Ralph Ivey of Newsoms.

Family and friends will meet at Twiford's Funeral Home, 929 S.
Battlefield Blvd., today from 7 to 8 p.m. Services will be held Sunday
at 1:30 p.m. at Barnes United Methodist Church, Newsoms, Va., followed
by burial at Hollywood Cemetery.
