Sylvia Weaver Holland, 71, of the 27300 block of Buckhorn Drive, a homemaker, died Friday, May 13, 1994, in Obici Hospital. 

Mrs. Holland was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Franklin. 

Survivors include her husband, Jimmie M. Holland; one daughter, Judy H. Cobb of Windsor; one son, J. Wayne Holland of Franklin; four sisters, Doris W. Berry of Chesapeake, Peggy W. Rhodes and Patsy W. Copeland, both of Windsor, and Cheryl W. Taylor of Suffolk; three brothers, J.D. Weaver Jr. and Jerry M. Weaver, both of Norfolk, and William F. Weaver of Windsor; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. 

A funeral will be conducted at 4p.m. Sunday in Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. J. Waverly Horne. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery . Visitation will be from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, PO. Box 636, Windsor, Va. 23487.
