Mr. Holland was born in Suffolk. He was a former manager of Holland Open-Air Market. He was a member of Holland Baptist Church. 
Survivors include his mother, Edrie H. Holland of Suffolk; a sister, Keaton H. Garver of Richmond; and a brother, J. Frank Holland of Suffolk. 
The graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday in Holland Cemetery by the Rev. Charles R. Bell. Friends may join the family at 6101 Holy Neck Road. Memorial donations may be made to the church's general fund. Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
