SUFFOLK  Anthony Shelton "Petie" Holland, 67, died July 20, 2003 at his home.

  Born Dec. 23, 1935 in Suffolk, he was the son of Ada Miles Holland of Suffolk and the late Jobie Shelton Holland and widower of Lena Jo Holland. He was a retired plumber and an Air Force veteran.
  Besides his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Cherl H. Miller and husband Gerald Miller Jr. of Staunton, Mitzi H. Robinson of Newport News; sons, Dale Holland of Chesapeake, Tony Holland and Michael Holland of Newport News; brother, Wayne Holland of Suffolk; and eight grandchildren.
  A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home and Crematory by the Rev. Tommy Reynolds.
