Julia Vaughan Henderson, 79, died Saturday, June 20, 1998, in Key West, Fla. 

A homemaker, she is survived by three daughters, Jenny H. Hagen of Dayton Beach, Fla., Emily H. Ferreira of Orlando, Fla. and Julia Frances Morecraft of Key West; a sister, Bertha B. Griffith; a brother, Joseph A. Vaughan, both of Franklin; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. 

She was predeceased by her husband, James Quincy Henderson Sr.; her sons, James Q. Henderson Jr. and Fred G. Henderson; and two brothers, Thomas Vaughan and Robert Vaughan. 

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Holland-Rideout Funeral Home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Franklin Baptist Church by the Rev. Sharon James. Burial will follow in Southampton Memorial Park , Franklin.
