DOROTHEA FORD HARRISON

Dorothea Ford Harrison, 79, died Sept. 22, 2003 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Richmond, she was a daughter of Thelma Lane and the late Hudson Ford and the widow of Granville P. Harrison. 
Surviving in addition to her mother is a daughter, Sandi H. Beale and husband Hugh of Franklin; a brother, Stuart Ford of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and special friends, Billy and Nancy Hall. "Nana" is also survived by her two grandchildren, Lisa Beale Francis and husband Ken of Newsoms and Trey Beale of Franklin; and a great-granddaughter, Cameron Marie Francis. 
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. Curtis Faison officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Lisa and Ken Francis, 21534 Cross Keys Road, Newsoms and request memorials be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Judes Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or a favorite charity.
