   WINDSOR - John Norfleet Harrell, 70, of the 23000 block of Antioch Road, died July 7 in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital.
   Born in Gates County, N.C., Mr. Harrell was the son of the late George Daniel Harrell and Minnie Etta Winslow Harrell. He was a farmer and a U.S. Army veteran.
   Survivors include his sister, Doris L. Green of Whaleyville Station, Suffolk; and a brother, Clarence E. Harrell of Suffolk.
   A funeral was conducted Tuesday in Harrell Family Cemetery, 4789 Desert Road, Suffolk, visitation was held after the service at the residence of the brothers, 4789 Desert Road, Suffolk. Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home handled arrangements.
