   SUFFOLK - Daisy Elizabeth Wolfley Harrell, 87, of the 6300 block of Whaleyville Blvd., died Aug. 27, 1998, at Maryview Medical Center.
   A native of Whaleyville, Va., she was the daughter of the late Jefferson David and Daisy Iola Doughtie Wolfley. She was a retired electric eye operator from Planters Peanut and the widow of J. Marshall Harrell, She was a member of Holy Neck United Christian Church.
   Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Harrell Mathais of Gates County, N.C.; grandchildren, Thomas T. Eason of Suffolk and Andrew M. Mathais of Gates County; a sister, Gertrude W. Simpler of Rehoboth, Del.; a brother Stonewall Jackson Wolfley of Suffolk.
   A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Holland Cemetery by the Rev. Scott Fuller. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Hill Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 902 Pennsylvania Ave., Suffolk, Va. 23434, or Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, VA 23439.
